Guidelines for Nominations are:

  1. Only Chairmen's Committee Companies can submit nominations to the Computerworld Honors Program.
  2. Chairmen Committee Companies may not nominate other Chairmen Committee Companies or their subsidiaries.
  3. There is no limit to the number of nominations a Chairmen's Committee Company can submit to the Program each year.
  4. An organization can be nominated more than once in a five year time span provided the project is uniquely different from previous projects. Any updates submitted from the organization must provide substantive information.
  5. Each year, the Program allows an organization to be nominated only one time per category, per project. If a project is nominated more than once by differing Chairmen's Committee Companies, then the first nomination received and accepted by the organization will be recognized.
  6. An organization may be nominated up to two times per Program year for two different projects, and a maximum of 1 project can be nominated in the same category.
  7. Any organization that has been declared a "Laureate" for 2 consecutive years will be subject to a program review if applying for such status again for a 3rd consecutive year.
