19th Annual Laureates Medal Ceremony &
Gala Awards Evening

Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium
Monday, June 4, 2007
12:00 p.m. Laureates Medal Ceremony
6:00 p.m. Gala Awards Cocktails
7:00 p.m. Gala Dinner

The 2007 Laureate and Gala Awards Ceremonies promise to be among the largest and most diverse gatherings of information technology innovators in recent Program history. The number of Laureates in this year's class has grown, thanks in large part to the hard work of our Program Search Directors, and the enthusiasm of 19 new Chairmen Committee members who have joined with us to identify and honor those who are leveraging technology to improve our world.

The Laureate Medal Ceremony and the Gala Awards Evening will occur on the same day, June 4, 2007, at the historic Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium on Constitution Avenue in Washington, D.C.

If you are among the elite to have received an invitation to these ceremonies, read on for information designed to make your planning process as easy as possible. You may also download a printable version of the event schedule by clicking here.

Laureate Medal Ceremony
This event will begin promptly at noon at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium. This is an approximately 90-minute agenda and medal ceremony where each 2007 Laureate will receive their Gold Medal formally on stage. You may invite guests to the Noon Laureate's Ceremony, but all guests will need to be pre-registered prior to the event. Registration begins at 10:30am and closes at 11:30am. One representative from the organization is considered "the Laureate."

Gala Awards Evening
This is a black tie event, and it begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium. The evening features a full program of presentations, announcement of the annual Leadership Awards, announcement of the 50 Finalists for 2007 (5 in each of 10 categories), and the finale of individual presentations to the Honoree in each category of the 21st Century Achievement Award. The evening program includes a cocktail reception, an elegant dinner, program and entertainment.

As a 2007 Laureate, you will receive one complimentary ticket for yourself for the evening program. Should you wish to have someone accompany you to the event, please contact our Senior Director, Executive Programs, Sandy Weill, for approval at 508-620-7758 or Sandy_Weill@cwhonors.org.
